  2. Custom Orders: For custom orders, you have the option to cancel your purchase within one week of the purchase date for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations after this timeframe cannot be accepted as our artisans immediately begin the crafting process.

  3. General Returns: We do not offer refunds for general returns once items have been received. However, we are always available to assist you with any concerns or issues you may have with your purchase.
