How long will it take to receive my order?
You can check you order status here.
Orders are currently shipping at approximately 6-7 weeks, orders with multiple items may take slightly longer.
Please contact us before ordering if you need your order by a specific date.
All orders ship via USPS and UPS with domestic orders arriving in 2-5 business days and international orders arriving within 9-15 business days.
Where are you located?
We are located in Goliad, TX, USA, where all of our products are made in-house. We take great pride in being a 100% handmade small business since 2011!
Do you ship internationally?
Padded Ponies ships worldwide via USPS and UPS, international shipping typically takes 9-14 business days. Orders may be subject to customs fees, these fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Do you accept custom requests?
Absolutely! We love making new designs for customers, whether that's a special print or a completely custom product. Please send an email with as many details and/or pictures as possible toinfo@paddedponies.com.
Do you offer discounts for wholesale or bulk orders?
Unfortunately, we do not offer wholesale pricing or any type of discount for bulk orders.
