Refunds & Exchanges

Padded Ponies does not accept exchanges or offer refunds except in the case of damaged or defective items. Items damaged in shipment should be reported to USPS for an insurance claim, we will not refund items damaged or lost in shipping. Cancellations are available up to one week from the purchase date, after which, all sales are final.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Custom items typically ship within 6 weeks of the purchase date, however it can be up to 8 weeks before your item ships. If you have a specific date you need your order by, please contact us before purchasing. All orders ship via USPS with domestic orders arriving in 2-5 business days and international orders arriving within 9-15 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Padded Ponies ships worldwide via USPS, international shipping typically takes 9-14 business days. Orders may be subject to customs fees, these fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and we cannot calculate them for you.

Do you accept custom requests?

Absolutely! We love making new things for customers, whether that's a special print or a completely custom product. Please send us an email with as many details and/or pictures as possible.

Do you offer wholesale/bulk discounts?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any type of discount for bulk or wholesale orders.

Do you have a store I can visit?

Padded Ponies is an online only business, we do not have a storefront or inventory for you to browse.
